KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate project execution in line with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Review shop drawings, method statements and technical submittals; resolve site technical issues.
• Monitor contractor performance and provide accurate progress inputs to Planning and Cost Control.
• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC and support testing, commissioning and handover.
• Prepare site reports, technical updates, issue logs and corrective action follow-up.
• Coordinate works with airport operations to minimize disruption to passengers and critical systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Design experience. 4–6 years as Project/Site Architect in construction, infrastructure, MEP or large facilities.
• Contractor supervision, technical coordination, progress follow-up and handover experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Design. Knowledge of the building codes, regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Drawing review, method statements, site coordination, contractor follow-up and handover.
• MS Office; AutoCAD/Revit,Ability to quickly develop architectural visualizations using Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic design software.

• Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
