Techno-Commercial Manager (Veterinary – Poultry Sector)

Responsibilities:

• Develop the poultry and livestock business in Kazakhstan.
• Achieve annual sales targets of USD 1.5–2 million.
• Build relationships with large poultry farms, integrators, hatcheries, feed mills, veterinarians, and procurement decision-makers.
• Develop key accounts and increase product placements.
• Manage and develop distributor partnerships.
• Conduct farm visits, product trials, and convert trials into commercial sales.
• Provide technical support on poultry health, vaccination, biosecurity, and productivity.
• Strengthen Ashish Life Science’s market presence in Kazakhstan.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
• Travel extensively across Kazakhstan.

• Veterinary degree (DVM or equivalent), preferably in poultry.
• 12+ years of experience in veterinary sales, promotion, or technical-commercial roles.
• At least 5 years of experience working with large commercial poultry farms/integrators.
• Strong knowledge of poultry health, vaccination, biosecurity, and animal health products.
• Proven experience in technical sales and business development.
• Strong network within Kazakhstan’s poultry industry is highly desirable.
• Experience managing distributors and key accounts.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kazakhstan.
• Kazakh — desirable; English — Intermediate or above.
