We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to help scale our mobile games by driving high-performing acquisition campaigns across multiple advertising channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to attract new players
- Launch, manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns while achieving established KPIs
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve results through testing and experimentation
- Manage advertising campaigns across major networks, including AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, DSP platforms, incentive traffic, and retargeting channels
- Test new traffic sources and advertising platforms to identify scalable growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to maximize campaign performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on User Acquisition experience in the mobile casual games industry
- Proven experience independently managing advertising campaigns and budgets
- Strong practical experience with multiple advertising networks, including:

- AppLovin
- Unity
- Mintegral
- DSP platforms (e.g. Moloco)
- Incentive traffic
- Retargeting

- Experience launching and scaling campaigns across new advertising channels
- Strong analytical skills and confidence making data-driven decisions
- Experience working with analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher
- Availability to work with teams operating in the GMT+8 time zone (candidates within approximately GMT+1 are welcome)
