Building Fabric Supervisor

Job Purpose

• Supervise all Building Fabric / Civil works, and ensure the assets are in proper conditions without damages.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage and Supervise the linear team (carpenters, masons, painters, labours, etc) and make sure they do regular inspections, scheduled PPM and resolve technical problems on a timely manner.
• Responsible for resolving all building fabric technical issues/ requests raised by help desk
• Supervise the works of all civil sub-contractors, technical acceptance of completed construction and maintaining records and reports
• Track and ensure the availability of spare parts and materials for all building fabric
• Support the building fabric engineer with all special tasks
• Keeps records of completed construction and installation works and prepares the necessary data for reporting on the implementation of construction plans
• Control of execution of planned tasks and works.
• Responsible for snagging and de-snagging process for all new blocks and making sure all required spares and sub-contractors are available to facilitate smooth operations
