Regional Rollout Manager

Responsibility:

Responsible for the Regional Team overall management processes, which includes planning, department organization construction, work assignment, supervision, examination, reporting and etc.

Attend the meetings with Customer and Subcontractor to report, discuss and control the project overall daily, weekly, monthly progress.

Report to Department heads and Manager about the status of the works in the region

Overall responsibility of Quality Assurance

Develop trust and meet customer's expectations by having right people and skills in the team to deliver.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Telecom, Majority of which in O & M function

An Engineering degree in Telecommunications/Demonstrated Relevant experience.

Knowledge of network elements in domain expert area (TXN, BSS, RAN,); continue to develop expertise with current and emerging technologies.

Demonstrated Team Leading and Management Skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment

Experience in Operation and Maintenance function of mobile Network

Ability to workday, evening or night shifts and holidays as required.

Good verbal and communication skills. English and Russian.
