QA/QC Manager (Строительство магистрального трубопровода)

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a major EPC pipeline construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the site QA/QC team and oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities during construction.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of the Project Quality Management System.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and approved procedures.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and follow up on their effective closure.
• Review and approve quality reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
• Participate in quality meetings, internal and external audits, and management reviews.
• Liaise with the Client, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors on all quality-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, project specifications, and Kazakhstan regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Welding, Mechanical, Civil, or a related technical discipline).
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a QA/QC Manager or in a similar leadership role on pipeline construction.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API, ASME, EN standards, СНиП, and the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Proven experience managing QA/QC teams and coordinating quality activities on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
