Our client is a venture-backed AI startup with a team of 300+ high performers, on a trajectory to become the next decacorn.

They are past the earliest survival-mode stage but still small enough that a single hire can move the needle across the whole company — and big enough that the results of your work will be visible externally, in the market. This is a full on-site role at the client's HQ in Almaty.

What you'll be doing as a Middle-to-Senior Growth Manager

• Building and nurturing relationships with AI creators
• Identifying and unlocking new marketing channels and growth practices
• Driving organic and viral growth on Instagram
• Coordinating cross-functional operations between marketing, product, and growth
• Contributing to product strategy as the market evolves

What the client is looking for

• English at B2+ level, comfortable in a tech environment
• A track record of clearly demonstrated results
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Creative approach to problem-solving
• High ambition and bias toward action
• Excellent communication skills

Working conditions

• Full-time, full on-site in Almaty

• Salary: $2,500–$5,000 per month (USD), depending on experience and seniority level
