Sales engineer (International manufacturer of engineered bearings and industrial motion solutions)

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and achieve targets in the assigned region;
• Manage distributor network and develop strong partnership;
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and end customers;
• Provide technical support and deliver tailored engineering solutions;
• Lead solution selling and support product selection;
• Drive demand creation and market development;
• Understand customer applications and industry needs;
• Plan and forecast sales pipeline and opportunities;
• Deliver product presentations, trainings, and workshops;
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial or technical products;
• Strong technical understanding and ability to provide engineering consultation;
• Experience working with distributors / channel sales model;
• Good knowledge of the local market and industry specifics;
• Experience working with or selling to the mining industry is highly preferred;
• English proficiency (intermediate or higher).
