Education: Higher degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related technical discipline.

Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Information Management, Data Management, Analytics, Digital Projects, or Information Governance within O&G, energy, or major capital projects.

Russian - Upper-intermediate

• Advanced Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, DMS, data analytics and reporting tools, information governance and data quality management.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microstation.
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for data analysis, automation, data cleansing, working with CSV/Excel files, basic APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying, filtering, joining, and validating structured data.
• Advanced Excel formulas — lookup functions, pivots, Power Pivot, data validation

• Perform Information Management and Data Analytics activities supporting business and project objectives.
• Collect, validate, analyze, maintain, and report business and project information.
• Support information lifecycle management, data governance, and compliance activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions
• Monitor data quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support digital transformation, automation, Power Platform, and SharePoint solutions.
• Develop/update procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
