We're looking for a "Legal adviser" for our Kazakhstan operation

Management, dispatch and administration of all legal processes within the scope of the Company's activities at home and abroad.

Evaluating whether project/business setups/company practices/processes/actions are suitable according to the provisions of the Labor Legislation, Customs Legislation, Consumer Legislation, Turkish Commercial Code, Code of Obligations, legislation on the Protection of Personal Data and/or other relevant legislation/specifying legally appropriate alternatives as to how they may be suitable, informing them about the risks of proceeding in their current state, arranging/controlling the necessary documents.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters
• Providing advice on legal matters

• Calculate potential business risks

• Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents
• Reviewing legal material
• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses

• Interaction with governmental authorities, preparation of responses to official requests, and participation in inspections

• Representation and protection of the company’s interests before governmental bodies and other official institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law
• Experience in the law field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team and individually
• Experience in representing and defending company interests before governmental authorities, courts, and other official institutions.
