Lean Manufacturing Manager

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Implement best manufacturing practices throughout the oraganization (Mars Supply Excellence).
• Develop and deploy the site Continuous Improvement (CI) Program: shape the strategy, define key pillars and implementation phases, and align approaches with MSE Pillar Leaders.
• Organize and coordinate team activities (Pillar Leaders and functional group): conduct regular meetings, track progress, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure effective collaboration with the Regional Program Leader and the global team.
• Act as the CI Program Subject Matter Expert (SME): advise the Plant Director and Pillar Leaders, ensure program activities are fully aligned with the site's business goals and objectives, and share CI best practices and tools.
• Facilitate the execution of the site Master Plan within the CI Program: partner with the Plant Director to secure necessary resources, prioritize and sequence improvement initiatives, and oversee their integration into daily production processes.
• Ensure program transparency and reporting: prepare regular progress reports (including regional updates), facilitate regional team audits, develop and track the execution of post-audit Action Plans, and keep the Site Leadership Team informed on current status and achieved results.

What are we looking for?

• Completed higher education degree.
• Confident English language proficiency (Upper-Intermediate).
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in manufacturing or supply chain (Industrial Engineering, Lean, Logistics, and/or Production teams).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Lean systems; solid knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, tools, and methodologies, with an understanding of implementation approaches in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• Preferred: Experience in driving change management, leading improvement initiatives, and implementing Lean manufacturing best practices.
• Advanced PC user skills (specifically MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
