Sales Effectiveness Analyst (Junior, Temporary)

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Collection, consolidation, validation, and analysis of trade commission data across four markets.
• Preparation of sales reports by country, customer, channel, category, brand, and SKU.
• Collection of comments on variances versus plan, forecast, and previous year, including identification of root causes and business impact.
• Identification of opportunities to expand quantitative and qualitative distribution coverage from a Perfect Store perspective.
• Collection of price data by country, customer, category, brand, and SKU.
• Preparation of reports on the effectiveness of promotions, discounts, trade investments, and customer terms.
• Support for annual planning, regular forecasting, and regional strategy development.
• Support in preparing sales forecasts by country, customer, channel, and category.
• Preparation of analytical materials for customer negotiations, business reviews, strategic sessions, and best practice sharing.
• Development and maintenance of analytical models, reports, and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Automation of regular reporting and development of standardized templates and calculation rules for key performance indicators.
• Configuration of accurate data display in the DBP report and weekly data reconciliation with distributors.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree;
• 2+ years of experience (in Sales Analytics in FMCG industry - will be a beneficial);
• Must: English – Upper intermediate;
• Experienced in MS office programs (extensive use of Excel, Power BI, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams);
• Knowledge of data analyses tools will be a plus.
