Senior Sales Engineer (Electric Heating)

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building a strong pipeline for electric heating and snow-melting solutions across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and the wider Caucasus region.
• Guide customers throughout the full sales journey, from understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions to securing orders and supporting successful project delivery.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers to expand Danfoss' market presence.
• Deliver impactful customer presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of electric heating technologies and energy-efficient solutions.
• Use market insights, customer feedback, and sales performance data to identify trends, uncover new opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• around 5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development within electrical, heating, HVAC, energy, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of electric heating solutions, electrical products, or comparable technical systems used in residential, commercial, or industrial applications.
• Experience working with dealer networks, distributors, and channel partners, combined with a proven ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions.
• Fluent in Russian and comfortable communicating in English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40-50% across the region to visit customers, partners, and project sites.
