Warehouse Manager (H&M)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the distribution centre budget and cost-efficiency targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial objectives through monthly reporting.
• Benchmark distribution centre costs and performance indicators against market and industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define, monitor and report key distribution centre KPIs, including inbound/outbound accuracy, order fulfilment time, inventory accuracy, cost per unit, and on-time in-full delivery (OTIF).
• Align distribution centre capacity planning with the Merchandising and H&M Franchise Logistics functions, including seasonal volume forecasting and preparation of relevant reports.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all distribution centre activities.
• Ensure full compliance with customs and import/export (IMPEX) regulations, including cross-border transportation and documentation requirements.
• Plan and manage the distribution centre workforce in line with capacity requirements and forecasts.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues in daily operations.
• Ensure accurate information flow between WMS/ERP systems and other functions, including Merchandising, Finance and Sales.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of performance indicators.
• Prepare monthly operational reports.
• Support internal and external audits.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Experience managing large-scale distribution centres.
• Understanding of Sales and online functions.
• Knowledge of global SOP, safety and sustainability standards.
