Learning & Development Specialist

We’re currently seeking an L&D Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver learning programs, identify training needs, and support employee development across the organization.

As an L&D Specialist You Will:

• Design and deliver engaging soft skills and business skills training programs for employees across different levels and functions.

• Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning and development needs in line with business priorities.

• Develop training materials, presentations, and other learning content for workshops and training sessions.

• Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops, adapting content and delivery approaches to different audiences.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop relevant learning solutions.

• Coordinate and manage multiple L&D initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Evaluate training effectiveness, collect participant feedback, and support the measurement of learning outcomes and impact.

• Support the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

• Contribute to broader Learning & Development projects and initiatives across the organization.

You’re the Perfect Match if You:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training & Development, coaching, or a similar role.

• Have proven experience in designing and delivering soft skills and business skills training programs.

• Have experience conducting training needs analysis and translating business needs into effective learning solutions.

• Possess strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Are able to engage different audiences and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Have strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Have experience evaluating training effectiveness and measuring the impact of learning initiatives.

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems and other learning technologies will be an advantage.

• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Are willing to travel.
