Application Tech Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support and administer enterprise applications and corporate systems

• Administer and optimize databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Manage server and cloud infrastructure, ensure system availability and performance

• Support and develop solutions on Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Configure and support integrations via REST API and GraphQL

• Configure and troubleshoot IIS web services

• Develop Python scripts for automation, integration, and analytics

• Support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

• Apply DevOps practices and Agile/SCRUM methodology

• Act as backup for ERP Engineer / 1C when required

Requirements:

• Higher education in IT or related field

• 6+ years of experience in application support and enterprise IT systems

• Strong SQL and Oracle skills; experience with complex queries

• Good Python programming skills

• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, and enterprise applications (SAP, 1C, Odoo, PI Systems, etc.)

• Knowledge of server and cloud infrastructure, virtualization, monitoring, and backup

• Experience with REST API and GraphQL integrations

• Knowledge of ITSM, DevOps, and Application Lifecycle Management

• Languages: English (Upper-Intermediate+), Russian, Kazakh
