Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the relocation and construction of administrative offices, workshops, and warehouses
- Develop project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and resource plans
- Organize and manage tender processes for contractor selection
- Coordinate project teams and monitor contractor performance
- Ensure construction and installation works comply with project documentation and applicable regulations
- Monitor compliance with HSE, fire safety, and environmental requirements
- Coordinate commissioning activities, defect rectification, facility acceptance, and handover to operations

- Higher education in Construction or Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience managing industrial construction projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with quality control systems.
- Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
