Planning Manage

Обязанности:

The Planning Manager provides a time-constraint-related vision of the construction to the Project Manager/DIrector and to the rest of PM team. He/She will be asked to put in perspective main components of the project, understand their interactions (prerequisites, causes and consequences), define the current status, provide a vision and propose strategies for the future.

• Ensure Archetype Group standards for planning and project scheduling and reporting are implemented and maintained on site.
• Prepare project master program incorporating the contractors/subcontractors planning schedules, and ensuring the master program is regularly updated (planed vs realized, progress report/main category, per contractor, per project phase, per building, etc)
• Prepare weekly and monthly project schedules, monitoring the project progress (contractor design, purchasing, delivery, construction), utilizing this to update the master program.
• Regularly review the master program and propose alternative construction strategies
• Propose works acceleration or optimization.
• Supervise contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment.
• Assist project manager in preparing monthly reports for the client.
• Attend the project review meetings and highlight any scheduling/planning issues or potential issues of concern to the Project Manager.
• Schedules to maintain may include all, some or more of those: Project Execution Plan (PEP), Master Schedule, Procurement/Delivery Schedule, Engineering Deliverables Register, Construction Execution Plan, Commissioning Plan, Contractor Deployment/Resource Histogram, etc

• Master Degree in Structural Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in Planning Management of and on construction sites with international stakeholders
• Advanced attention to detail, particularly in respect to project plans and scheduling of contractors.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports, schedules, master program in both Russian and English.
• Intermediate contractor management skills, including demonstrable negotiation skills and inter-personal skills.
• Intermediate working knowledge of software used in project scheduling including Microsoft Project, Primavera, Team Binder, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Are a plus: fluency in Kazakh language, experience in food project, PMP/MRICS/PRINCE2 or other industry certifications relevant for the position
