Recruitment specialist

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis (up to 6 months). The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and successfully close all open vacancies across the company within the defined timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates;
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements;
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively search for candidates;
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline;
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Result-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience working with recruitment systems is a plus
• English language level - B2, C1.

Working Conditions:

• Temporary position for up to 4 months
• Main goal: timely closure of all company vacancies
• Flexible working schedule in the office (to be discussed individually)
