Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients, VIP customers, and strategic partners to promote the company's services, digital solutions, and platform features.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Client Support, Operations, and Marketing to resolve client and partner issues, including account-related matters, payment discrepancies, and platform-related concerns.
• Share relevant market insights, client feedback, and partner feedback with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
• Organize and participate in local offline marketing events, seminars, and networking activities to expand brand awareness and strengthen business relationships.

• Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, sales, or lead generation roles, preferably within financial services, fintech, or other fast-paced industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and digital platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new products and technologies.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, and Kazakh is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage, develop, and retain clients and business partners.
• Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Highly adaptable to market dynamics, regulatory changes, and evolving products and technologies.
