Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monthly IFRS fast closing reporting based on the company group instructions using Magnitude. Organization of reporting process, schedule and deadlines monitoring.
• IFRS/company's local accounting standards requirements follow-up and prepare further communication to CBUs (if needed)/update working papers;
• Business partnering with BU (Pre/Post closings meetings, balance sheet review, R&Ops process, etc);
• Analysis of processes under the responsibility and improvements implementation if needed;
• Internal control procedures monitoring and performance;
• Leading IFRS accounting projects;
• Support of IFRS audit - internal, external;
• External Audit coordination.

• University degree in Finance or/and Accounting;

• Experience in position of IFRS reporting - 3+ years or experience in Big4 companies - over 5 years;

• Knowledge of IT systems - SAP, 1C, Magnitude;

• Advanced knowledge of Excel;

• Advanced knowledge of IFRS (ACCA, DIPIFRS as a plus);

• Strong communication, presentation and cross-functional skills;

• Project management;
• Fluent English (intermediate level at least);
• Strong time management skill.
