Врач по оказанию неотложной медицинской помощи (Астана)

Обязанности:

• To provide the high quality primary emergency care, using the modern methods of diagnostics and treatment, authorized by RoK legislation to be used in medical practice as well as by policies and procedures of International SOS.
• To determine the tactics of medical services provided to the patients in accordance with established standards and requirements. To put (or confirm) the diagnosis.
• To ensure the medical, statistical and other types of reporting will be done within the appropriate time limits and in good quality and in accordance with established requirements (Ex: patient files, logbook, monthly medical report, infection control report, urgent medical report, etc.).

• Basics of RoK health care legislation, policy and procedures of International SOS; normative-legal documents, regulating the activity of health care unit; basics of preventive medical care in hospitals and outpatient institutions, emergency medicine;
• Etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, specific features of diseases, principles of complex eatment of main diseases; common principles and basic methods of clinical, instrumental and laboratory diagnostics of functional condition of organs and systems of the human organism;principles of emergency care; basics of temporary disability and medical – social expertise, health promotion;
• Theoretical basics, principles and methods of dispensary supervision; organizational – economical basics health care institutions and medical workers practice in accordance with budget and insurance medicine; sanitary – epidemiological service, supply of medical products to population and medical institutions, basics of preventive medicine, organization of economics of health care system, medical ethics and deontology; legal aspects of medical activity;

• Experience in general medicine, internal medicine and family practice not less than 5 years.

• Fluent Kazakh and/or Russian. Upper intermediate English verbal and written skills. Knowledge of an additional language is a significant advantage

• 15/15 days rotation
• 36 calendar days vacation per year
