We're looking for a Safety Assistant to join our operations team and help ensure compliance, promote safety awareness, and support our mission of running a secure and efficient fleet.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and updating permits and registrations

• Calculating IFTA taxes on a quarterly basis

• Organizing and maintaining company documentation

• Monitoring electronic driver logs and behavior statistics (using ELD, Samsara)

• Tracking driver inspections and citations

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Strong communication and data management skills

• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and pay close attention to details
