Project Finance Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Controller to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the sales department from a financial perspective, managing risks, and ensuring the continuous improvement of business operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in multiple languages and have a strong background in finance and accounting.

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze partners and customers to support the sales department in business development from a financial perspective.
• Manage operating asset risks and efficiency, continuously supporting the improvement of business operating results.
• Oversee partners' payment collections, incentives, and inventory management.
• Maintain constant communication with partners, supporting their financial requests.
• Assist the accounting teams in communicating effectively with partners.
• Identify financial risks in projects and offer solutions to control these risks and secure projects.
• Conduct financial analysis of prospective projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reviews and the closing of business activities.
• Provide financial forecasts of business conditions.
• Collaborate with different departments and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (optional) , English (must), and Russian.
• Preference for candidates with finance-related work experience.
• Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Resilience under stress.
