Supervisor (Civil Works)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the CMMS/EAM system, including asset data, work orders, and preventive maintenance plans.
• Develop and maintain asset hierarchies and asset registers for civil infrastructure.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities through the CMMS/EAM system.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and standardization across the system.
• Generate and analyze maintenance KPIs and reports, including work order status, asset performance, and downtime.
• Support integration of the CMMS/EAM system with ERP, SAP, GIS, and other relevant systems.
• Provide user training and technical support to maintenance and engineering teams.
• Monitor and optimize maintenance workflows, resource utilization, and system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with asset management standards, internal procedures, and audit requirements.
• Support the continuous improvement and digitalization of maintenance processes and tools.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including proven experience in building/facility maintenance supervision.
• Experience in infrastructure, construction, or airport projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Experience working with CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance workflows.

• Intermediate or higher level of English
