Director of Operations & Business Development at the International Medical Training Center

International Medical Training Center is seeking a results-driven Director of Operations & Business Development to lead the day-to-day operation and growth of our organization.

Reporting directly to the General Director/Owner, the Director will take responsibility for people, operations, revenue, business development, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization and team.
• Drive revenue, sales, and business development.
• Develop corporate, institutional, and government clients.
• Oversee tenders, major contracts, and business opportunities.
• Manage training-center operations and customer relationships.
• Establish KPIs and ensure accountability.
• Monitor financial and operational performance.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of management, sales, or business-development experience.
• A proven record of achieving measurable results.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing people and institutional clients.
• The ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership.

Experience in healthcare, medical education, corporate training, or government tenders is an advantage.

Languages: Fluent in Russian and Kazakh; proficient in English.
