✨ About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Manager to own and scale our global content strategy. You will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality English content for our corporate blog, coordinating localization for international markets, and working closely with SEO, Product, and Marketing teams to drive organic growth.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and editorial management. You'll help shape our content direction while ensuring quality, consistency, and measurable business impact across multiple markets.

📝 Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop and execute the content strategy for the corporate blog and other marketing channels.

• Write and edit high-quality English content (blog articles, landing pages, guides, email campaigns, app store descriptions).

• Build and maintain a content calendar across multiple markets.

SEO & Performance

• Collaborate with the SEO team to create content aligned with keyword strategy and search intent.

• Optimize existing content to improve organic performance.

• Monitor content performance and continuously improve based on analytics.

Localization & Editorial Management

• Coordinate freelance writers, translators, and local contributors.

• Adapt and localize content for international markets.

• Ensure brand voice, editorial standards, and consistency across all languages.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, SEO, and Growth teams.

• Support content initiatives that drive user acquisition and engagement.

• Mentor junior content team members when needed.

📩 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Content Management, Editorial, or Content Marketing roles.

• Excellent written English with experience creating long-form content.

• B1–B2+ proficiency in at least two European languages (French, German, or Spanish).

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, search intent).

• Experience managing editorial calendars and multiple content projects.

• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

⭐️ Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, Travel, Telecom, FinTech, or other international digital products.

• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.

• Experience managing multilingual content and localization workflows.

• Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Chinese, Indonesian, etc.).

• Experience mentoring writers or content specialists.

🌍 Languages

• English: C1+ preferred (strong written communication is essential).

• French, German, or Spanish: B1–B2+ (at least two languages).

• Russian: optional.
