Junior Tender Specialist - SSC Group - ICS Department

Deloitte is seeking a Junior Tender Specialist to join the Internal Client Services department at the Almaty office.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the front office to collect all documentation required to bid for tenders
• Study publications and web portals for upcoming tenders; receive and distribute requests for proposals
• Maintain and update CV, credential and accreditation databases
• Apply for and maintain corporate accreditation in the required operating areas; work with service providers in this respect
• File tender bids, either electronically or in hard copy, on behalf of Deloitte in strict accordance with submission guidelines
• Ensure all tender documentation complies with internal processes, deadlines, and legal requirements
• Prepare regular reports on participated tenders and outcomes
• Cover for other Tender Assistants during times of vacation and illness

Qualifications:

• Higher education
• 1–2 years of relevant administrative or work experience would be a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate
• High level of computer literacy, with strong proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Kazakh (minimum upper-intermediate)
• Process-oriented mindset: ability to strictly follow internal algorithms, compliances rules, and structured workflows.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure on several projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
