Position Purpose

As the face of Hilton, the Lobby Host creates exceptional first and lasting impressions by warmly welcoming guests, building genuine connections, resolving guest concerns, and delivering personalized experiences that inspire loyalty and memorable stays.

What does Lobby Host do in a Hotel?

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Assist with wayfinding, hotel information, and local recommendations.

• Recognize returning guests and personalize interactions where possible.

• Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns using Hilton's Make It Right approach.

• Promote hotel restaurants, spa, facilities, and services while identifying upselling opportunities.

• Support reservations, VIP arrivals, events, and special guest experiences.

• Maintain an active lobby presence and communicate guest feedback with hotel departments.

What is required?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, airline, luxury retail, events, or guest relations preferred.

• Hotel experience is an advantage but not essential.

• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English (additional languages are a plus).
