Russian Language Teacher

The Russian Language Teacher (Primary School for academic year 2026-2027) is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and fostering the educational, social, and personal development of students in accordance with the state mandatory educational standards. The teacher adapts instructional methods to meet students’ individual needs, promotes cultural awareness, and supports the development of students’ language proficiency and overall literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts teaching and educational activities in Kazakh language, ensuring alignment with the state mandatory educational standard.
• Promotes students’ personal development, cultural awareness, and socialization; identifies and nurtures individual abilities and talents.
• Employs innovative teaching methods, approaches, and resources tailored to students’ diverse learning needs.
• Prepares short-term and medium-term lesson plans, including calendar-thematic plans, summative assessment tasks for units and terms.
• Analyzes results of summative assessments, providing actionable feedback and comments.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in journals (paper or electronic).
• Supports students in achieving personal, systemic, and subject-specific learning outcomes at or above the expected standard.
• Participates in the development and implementation of curriculum programs, including adaptations for students with special educational needs.
• Monitors and evaluates students’ individual abilities, interests, and learning preferences to adapt instruction accordingly.
• Participates actively in methodological meetings, teacher associations, pedagogical councils, and professional learning communities.
• Engages in pedagogical consilia and provides guidance and consultation to parents.
• Enhances professional competence through continuous professional development and training.
• Adheres to safety, labor protection, and fire safety regulations, ensuring student well-being during all educational activities.
• Instills values of academic integrity, ethics, and anti-corruption awareness among students.

Qualifications:

• Higher or postgraduate pedagogical education in Kazakh language or related field; or relevant professional education with pedagogical retraining.
• Knowledge of the state mandatory educational standards and curriculum development.
• Familiarity with teaching students with diverse learning needs is preferred
