Finance Analyst\Associate

Finance Analyst\Associate (for temporary replacement of the main employee, till June 26, 2027)

Context:

Under the direct supervision of Chief Financial Officer the candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient preparation of IFRS Financial statement and overall compliance of accounting to IFRS. Duties involve the coordination and effective delivery of a variety of accounting tasks, including maintenance of specific accounts, calculation and compilation of financial data.

Role/ Job Purpose:

• Preparation of IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group;
• Preparation of IFRS Separate Financial Statements of Group component entities;
• Liaise with internal and external financial auditors;
• Follow industry trends and track changes related to IFRS;
• Analyze contracts in relation to IFRS;
• Maintain contacts with banks
• Preparation of monthly reports of the Group and quarterly reports of Group components;
• Preparation of Budget for the year;
• Preparation of quarterly reports (pb01) of Group component entities to the National Bank of RK.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or economics;
• At least 5 years of experience in Big4 or in a large national or international companies in accounting and finance.
• CPA/ ACCA is an asset.
• Required Competences and Skills:
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures;
• Accounting software knowledge;
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Kazakhstan Accounting and Financial reporting legislation;
• Computer literate with practical experience with Microsoft packages;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Russian;
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
