Manager, Ground Handling Standards Compliance

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the ground handling standards compliance program

Plan and conduct internal and external audits, including ground handling service providers

Prepare audit reports and support IOSA audit preparation

Track non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions

Advise management on ground handling compliance matters

Liaise with operational departments and the flight safety team

Participate in incident investigations related to ground handling

Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate their implementation

Requirements:

Higher education

5 years of experience in civil aviation

2 years as an auditor in civil aviation, or 3 years in ground handling

Internal auditor certificate (QMS or aviation auditor), QMS certificate, Aircraft Ground Handling course certificate

IOSA internal auditor certificate and SMS course certificate — a plus

Knowledge of ICAO standards, IATA standards (AHM, IGOM, DGR), ISO 9001, audit methodology (IATA, ISO 19011)

English — Intermediate or higher
