Marketplace Specialist / Account Manager (Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Temu, Faire, etc)

About the Role We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Marketplace Specialist / Account Manager to manage, scale, and optimize our sales across major online marketplaces and retail channels. You will own the day-to-day operations, product catalog listings, inventory synchronization, and account health across multiple major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Operations: Set up, maintain, and optimize product listings and catalogs across core retail and wholesale marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe's, Faire, Temu, or Mirakl-powered networks).

• Account Health & Compliance: Monitor vendor scorecards, ensure strict adherence to platform SLAs (On-Time Delivery, order fulfillment rates, low cancellation rates), and resolve performance flags.

• Catalog & Feed Management: Manage product data, inventory feeds, and integrations to ensure accurate stock levels and pricing alignment across channels.

• Growth & Optimization: Implement listing enhancements, keywords, and promotional strategies to maximize channel traffic and conversion rates.

Requirements

• English at least C1

• Proven Marketplace Experience: Direct hands-on experience managing seller/vendor accounts on at least one (preferably multiple) major enterprise or wholesale marketplace (e.g., Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Mirakl, Faire, or Temu).

• Operational Know-How: Solid understanding of order processing, product feed management, and inventory fulfillment workflows.

• Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing sales metrics, managing channel margins, and tracking account scorecards.

• Problem Solver: Strong troubleshooting skills to handle listing errors, platform updates, and compliance requirements independently.
