Senior Storage Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Russian-speaking Storage Solution Architect to support enterprise and government customers across Central Asia and South Caucasus.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise storage systems, along with strong knowledge across compute, virtualization, databases, and data protection (backup & disaster recovery).

This role requires a customer-facing professional with strong pre-sales experience, capable of driving solution design, technical engagement, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical engagement for storage and data infrastructure projects
• Design end-to-end solutions covering:
  • Enterprise Storage (SAN/NAS/Object)
  • Compute and Server infrastructure
  • Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)
  • Database workloads (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions
• Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive deal closure
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and POCs to customers
• Support RFP/RFQ responses, solution architecture, and competitive positioning
• Provide regional support across Central Asia and South Caucasus countries
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
• Track industry trends and provide insights for strategic planningQualifications & Requirements
• Language:
  • Fluent in Russian (mandatory)
  • English proficiency required
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of pre-sales experience in enterprise storage
  • Proven track record in large-scale IT infrastructure projects
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in storage technologies (All-Flash, Hybrid, SAN/NAS/Object)
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Compute/Servers (x86 architecture)
    • Virtualization technologies
    • Databases and enterprise applications
    • Backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Familiarity with multi-vendor environments (e.g., Dell, HPE, NetApp, etc.)
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to work across cultures and regions
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to handle complex projects​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with government, finance, or telecom sectors
• Vendor certifications in storage / virtualization / cloud
• Experience in large-scale data center or DR projects​​​​​​​
