F&B Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an F&B Sales Coordinator to join our team and support the sales and promotion of our restaurants, dining venues, banqueting services and other F&B offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our restaurants, bars, banqueting venues and F&B services;

• Develop relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, travel companies and other partners;

• Handle incoming inquiries and actively identify new sales opportunities;

• Present restaurants, menus, venues, packages and special offers to potential clients;

• Prepare quotations, proposals and event packages based on client requirements;

• Coordinate restaurant bookings, corporate events, banquets and other F&B requests;

• Communicate with clients throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to event completion;

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business;

• Coordinate with restaurant operations, kitchen, banqueting and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery;

• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, F&B, hospitality, hotel or event management is an advantage;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales results;

• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously;

• Professional communication and presentation skills;

• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus;

• Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM systems.
