Specialist, Uniform & Workwear

Requirements

Higher education, preferably in Economics;

At least 1 year of relevant work experience;

Knowledge of clothing and footwear sizing, fabrics, and garment standards;

Experience in supplier management and negotiations;

Knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes;

Ability to prepare documents for Accounting;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

Strong communication and teamwork skills;

English at Intermediate level.

Responsibilities

Provide employees with uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE);

Prepare purchase requests for uniforms and PPE;

Request and analyze quotations from suppliers;

Negotiate with suppliers and monitor contracts and delivery deadlines;

Coordinate uniform samples and prepare orders based on employees’ sizes;

Receive, store, issue, and maintain records of uniforms and inventory;

Maintain warehouse records and prepare relevant reports;

Conduct inventory checks together with the Accounting team;

Prepare and monitor the annual budget for uniforms and PPE;

Provide employees with information regarding uniform issuance, use, and replacement periods.
