Wellbeing Officer

We are seeking to recruit a caring, dedicated, and experienced Wellbeing Officer for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about supporting students’ emotional, social, and personal wellbeing and creating a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment. Experience in an international school environment will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide wellbeing and pastoral support to students;

• Support students with emotional, social, and behavioral concerns;

• Build positive and trusting relationships with students;

• Monitor students’ wellbeing and identify concerns at an early stage;

• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support students;

• Organize wellbeing activities and initiatives;

• Promote positive relationships, resilience, confidence, and healthy lifestyle habits;

• Maintain appropriate records and ensure confidentiality;

• Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment.

Our requirements:

• Higher Degree in Psychology;

• At least 1 year of relevant experience working with children or young people;

• Fluency in English is a must;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Empathy, patience, responsibility, and emotional maturity;

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
