Health and Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize safety training, inductions, and awareness campaigns for employees.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
• Support internal and external HSE audits.
• Collaborate with managers to improve workplace safety culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience in occupational safety and health.
• Knowledge of local HSE legislation and international standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency.
