General Accounting Senior Analyst (TEMPORARY)

General Accounting Sr. Analyst is responsible supervision and overlooking all activities in accounting and corporate reporting based on US GAAP standards, including general accounting, corporate Period close and reports submission in all relevant corporate systems (e.g. CFIN, OneConsolidation).

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Preparing actual Financial statements reports in SAP ATLAS, CFIN, OneConsolidation (Period close issue resolution; financial results accuracy control; actual results variance and deficiencies analysis).
• Accruals calculation and posting into a system (including inputs and supporting documents collection from Business Units and proper keeping; control of expenses in line with Finance Manual requirements; accruals analysis and informing of Finance Business Partners and Financial Controllers).
• Corporate/ management reporting systems (CFIN, OneCons ) maintenance and submission within corporate deadlines (data upload, consolidation, control and validations, issues resolution, interfaces maintenance, issue of standard reports).
• Participation in global and local projects related to corporate/ management reporting systems including testing, reconciliations, respective period close and reporting processes adjustments.
• Balance Sheet reconciliation in Blackline system in accordance with global standards and procedures.

What are we looking for?

• University degree level with background preferably in Economics/Finance;
• 3 years of experience in accounting & finance area (general accounting experience - preferable);
• Strong experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP/Atlas, Helios);
• Fluent English;
• Advanced Russian;
• Advanced user of MS Excel, MS Office, Power BI, Power Query;
• Good knowledge of US GAAP accounting and control procedures.
