Junior HSE specialist

Обязанности:

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, policies, procedures, and local legislation;
• Conduct HSE inductions, safety trainings, and toolbox talks;
• Perform site inspections and internal HSE audits;
• Investigate incidents and prepare relevant reports;
• Develop, review, and update HSE documentation;
• Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and statistics;
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement;
• Provide daily support to the HSE Team Lead.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Kazakhstan occupational health and safety legislation;
• Understanding of international HSE standards will be an advantage;
• Experience in conducting safety briefings and audits is preferred;
• Willingness to travel to KPG sites when required;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Kazakh and Russian languages required, English — Intermediate level or higher.
