SMM Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media content strategies;
• Create and maintain content plans, including posts, reels, stories, and other content formats;
• Write scripts and concepts for photo and video content;
• Plan and conduct photo and video shoots;
• Edit video and audio materials;
• Prepare visual and written content for publication across social media channels;
• Publish and manage content on company social media platforms;
• Create and prepare promotional posts for targeted advertising campaigns;
• Set up and optimize audience targeting for social media promotions and advertising;
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth;
• Stay up to date with social media trends and implement new content ideas and formats.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM);
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Telegram;
• Experience in content planning and social media strategy development;
• Ability to create engaging scripts and content concepts;
• Hands-on experience with photo and video production;
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software;
• Basic knowledge of targeted advertising and audience segmentation;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual aesthetics;
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday (5/2), from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM;

• The role requires regular travel within the city, between the company’s retail locations, including main office and branded stores, for content creation, filming, and marketing activities;
