Your role

As a Consultant, you will support clients throughout their transformation journey, from assessing current challenges and defining future-state ambitions to implementing transformation initiatives and measuring results.

You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary Deloitte teams to solve complex business challenges through a combination of strategy, process improvement, organizational design, and technology-enabled transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in delivering business and transformation engagements across a variety of industries.
• Conduct research, gather information, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client work.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other client deliverables.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to the development of business insights and recommendations.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews, documenting key discussions and actions.
• Support project management activities, including work planning, status tracking, and meeting coordination.
• Collaborate with team members across different functions and service areas to solve complex business challenges.
• Contribute to proposal development, market research, and business development initiatives.
• Continuously develop consulting, analytical, and communication skills through on-the-job learning and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant internship or 1-2 years professional experience in consulting, project management, strategy, transformation, business analysis, or related areas would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English
