Go-to-Market Expert (category manager)

Responsibilities:

Business Steering (PSI Purchase-Sales-Inventory, Purchase Order, Scenario calculation incl. Business planning and Forecast cycles)

Portfolio Management (Line-Up, ABC analysis, Category Strategy)

Pricing & Promotion Management (Promotional planning, price list generation)

Budget & Performance Control (ownership RCC budget, reporting, plan-fact comparison, lessons learned)

Planning & Execution discipline (process writing, tracking and improvement, standardization of reporting templates, KPI-tracking)

Requirements:

Professional skills:

• Strong category and product management
• Pricing & Promotion Execution Experience
• Understanding of retail dynamics and sell-out drivers
• KPI-driven business steering
• Financial understanding (Topline, Bottomline, Margins, ROI)

Сomputer skill:

• Advanced excel skills (dash boards, pivot tables, forecasting models)
• Solid Power Point skills (for presentations)
• SAP knowledge

Language skills:

• Russian
• English (fluent)
• Kazakh (preferred
