Supervisor, Ground Handling (Aktobe)

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate day-to-day flight operations on the ground.

Assist passengers during delays and resolve conflicts with care and professionalism.

Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security procedures.

Handle documentation, payments, and communication with airport services.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive passenger relations.

Requirements:

Higher education (Bachelor’s degree).

English level: Intermediate or above.

Experience in passenger service or ground operations.

Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and teamwork skills.

Polite, proactive, and stress-resistant under pressure.
