Senior Regional Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate data from internal information systems and external data providers;
• Ensure data quality, consistency and timely updates;
• Support the availability and effective use of the corporate data warehouse;
• Collaborate with IT to develop and maintain data and analytics infrastructure;
• Prepare regular and ad hoc analytical reports for management and business units;
• Monitor the quality and consistency of data used in business analytics;
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business decision-making;
• Advise internal stakeholders on data analytics and reporting;
• Support business teams in interpreting analytical results and turning insights into actions;
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business effectiveness;
• Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture across the organization.

• University degree in a technical, statistical, economic or related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar role;
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, R or PL/SQL;
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI and Excel;
• SAP experience would be an advantage;
• Understanding of business finance, including pricing, accounting and logistics;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and business functions;
• Result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently;
• English and Kazakh language proficiency would be an advantage.
