Industrial Engineering Expert

Key responsibilities:

• Project preparation for projects up to $3 million. Participation in the preparation of projects with budgets exceeding $3 million.
• Cost budgeting as part of the preparation of annual and quarterly financial plans. Preparation, analysis, and comparison of actual finished product costs with the plan.
• Planning shift productivity (including productivity growth curves) and performance parameters. Analysis of actual line performance and explanation of deviations from planned indicators.
• Monitoring actual line performance indicators, continuously identifying and implementing measures to improve performance indicators.
• Preparation of data for corporate reports: periodic reports of the commodity supply department, period-end reports, quarterly reports.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• English proficiency - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Financial background within a manufacturing field will be a plus.
• Ability to see opportunities to improve production efficiency and manage financial risks.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and teams.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
