Assistant-Interpreter

Responsibilities:

• Provide oral and written interpretation/translation in Kazakh, Russian, and English for the Director, Deputy Director, foreign employees, visitors, and HSERP team members during meetings, training sessions, and daily business activities.
• Accompany foreign employees and visitors during visits to production sites and business trips, providing interpretation support as required.
• Organize meetings, business visits, and events, including meeting logistics and minute-taking.
• Prepare and translate presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
• Manage the Directorate's document flow, including preparation of memos, submission of requests in the 1C system, registration and distribution of incoming/outgoing correspondence, monitoring response deadlines, and tracking action items.
• Maintain confidentiality of official, commercial, and other protected information.
• Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Company policies, and HSERP requirements.

• Higher education degree.
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of technical terminology and terminology related to Health, Safety, Environment and Radiation Protection (HSERP).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in document preparation, business correspondence, and administrative support.
• Knowledge of business communication practices.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively with managers, colleagues, and international visitors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Terms:

• Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00;
• Deposit Tortkuduk (Turkestan region, Suzak district);
