Junior Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

• To ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts;
• This generally includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management;
• Cuurent role in the contract development process requires close collaboration with various departments, including Construction, Legal direction, Account management, Purchase operations, Logistics direction on site and Finance direction;

• At least 3(three) year of experience in contract management;
• Experience in contract management in the industrial sector is preferred, including contracts related to manufacturing, service, and life support services.
• If none available, experience in the mining or oil and gas industries;
• Experience with international contracts is preferred;
• Ability to interact and communicate in a complex cross-functional and multicultural environment;
• Knowledge of the legislative and administrative documents, methodological and regulatory materials related to work performed, office work rules, rules and safety regulations, industrial hygiene and fire protection.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (especially Excel);

• Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00;
