Accountant, Fixed Assets and Inventories

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting for incoming fixed assets, intangible assets, inventories, and cash;

Timely recording of transactions and ensuring proper use of materials, fuel, energy, and funds;

Compliance with expense budgets and preparation of reports based on primary documentation;

Organization of inventory checks and accounting control in company departments;

Accounting for modernization and depreciation of fixed assets;

Tax accounting of fixed assets;

Accounting for uniforms and special clothing based on primary documents in the USI 1C module.

Ensuring timely month-end closing for financial and management reporting.

Requirements:

Higher education in Finance, Accounting and Audit, Taxation, or Economics.

Certificate of Professional Accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

CAP (Certified Accounting Practitioner).

Total work experience — at least 7 years, including at least 5 years in the financial and economic field.

Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, regulatory acts governing accounting activities.

Personal Competencies:

Effective time management and task prioritization;

Ability to handle long-term and complex tasks, analyze diverse data, assess risks without losing motivation or quality.

Strong decision-making and analytical skills.

Effective communication skills.

Proficiency in 1C (Enterprise 8.2/8.3) and preferably SAP.

Strong computer skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Understanding of expense recognition and accounting entries.

Fluency in Kazakh and Russian, preferably English (Intermediate).
